1. Order Cancellation

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. In such cases, you may request a return as per our Return Policy.
2. Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The customer informs us within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice).
3. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for reverse pickup or request you to ship the product back.
After inspection, eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet) within 15-30 business days.
Shipping and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items
Used products, opened lubricant containers, or items damaged due to improper handling by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.
Customized/ special-order spare parts are non-cancellable and non-returnable.
